Oxiro PBC (“Oxiro”, "Oxiro Inc",“we”, “our” or “us”) develops and publishes games for mobile  devices.

We respect your privacy and we are committed to make our practices regarding your data more transparent and fair. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use and share your personal data, and applies to all our games.

 

INFORMATION COLLECTION

We collect several types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our games.

DATA WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY

  • Mobile device identifiers (such as your device ID, advertising ID).

  • Data about your device, such as device name and operating system.

  • We may also create a game-specific ID for you when you install our games.

We integrate third party SDKs into our Games. These SDKs are used for:

  • Advertising to our users

  • Analyzing games usage and performance

  • Enabling in-app purchases

  • Providing game services that may include achievements, leaderboards, and account management.

We will keep your information for as long as necessary to provide you with the games, maintain our legitimate business operations, and/or exercise, defend or establish our rights.

Our games are global by nature and your data can therefore be transferred to anywhere in the world. Because different countries may have different data protection laws than your own country, we take steps to ensure adequate safeguards are in place to protect your data as explained in this Privacy Policy. Adequate safeguards to ensure your rights include utilizing and enforcing the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.

Personal Data collected by us is transmitted to Google servers for saved games and cloud services, as may be applicable. We do not retain any Personal Data or Usage Data to provide any third parties who may seek such data. However we may collect, retain and disclose prospective Personal Data and Usage Data provided by you and to which we have access under the good faith belief that such action is necessary:

 

  • To comply with legal obligations.

  • To protect and defend our rights.

  • To prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with our games.

  • To protect the personal safety of users of our games.

  • The right to object. You have the right to object to our processing of your Personal Data.

  • The right of restriction. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information.

  • The right to withdraw consent. You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time where our games relied on your consent to process your personal information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY


 

While we collect some limited personal data and usage data, no such data is stored on our servers, shared by us with third parties other than Google, and such data is used only for the purposes of supporting the internal operations of the games, as set out in the exception of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA) at 16 C.F.R. 312.2. Furthermore, such data collection and use is collected with a Legitimate Interest as set forth in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to cease such collection of Personal Data and at no time is any Personal Data retained on our servers.

We will periodically update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our information practices, and to add additional third party operators. Please check back regularly, as your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes to this policy.
